SFFMA District Annual Report


Districts must submit an annual report after each spring meeting and no later than the SFFMA conference in June. This report is added as the official district officers' report after the conference portion of the proceedings book published each year after the state conference, otherwise known as the Red Book.

SFFMA districts may request an update from the state association at any time. The form below can help them report what kind of update they require so that the SFFMA staff can be more efficient in addressing their issue. Updates can also be reported or requested at info@sffma.org.
